It was a particularly stressful time for my wife and myself with 2/3 of a 90 ft. oak tree lying in our back yard and the remaining 90 ft. section poised to fall on our neighbor's house. You came within a matter of days and safely took down the remaining section still standing, before it did any damage. It was done carefully and safely.     I requested bids from two other tree services. Arbor Masters was not the low bid, but Arlan definitely left the best initial impression. I presented the lowest of the three bids to Arlan in hopes that he would match it and was delighted to find that he not only matched it, but beat it. The work was started the first week of June and finished the first week of August. I know you probably don’t hear from many satisfied customers whose job took two months to complete. This job would be the exception.

    Due to all the rain received this spring and summer in the Wichita area, the ground on my property was consistently wet. Arlan could have easily sent crews on days where the crew would have left ruts and torn up the property in an effort to get the hob done and get paid in order to move on the next job. Arlan was very good about keeping in touch with me on his crew’s availability and the conditions of the property. It may have taken longer than expected to get the job done, but the end result was definitely a positive one in my mind.

    The work was done in a very professional manner with no damage to my property. I will enthusiastically recommend Arbor Masters and Arlan Bebermeyer to friends and neighbors who may need tree trimming or removal. Thank you once again for a job well done. ”

    Tom Kolarik's presentation and design was by far the most professional and creative. We especially liked the attention he gave in solving our potential drainage problems.

    Tom and his crew completed our grading and retaining wall very quickly with no inconvenience to us. Tom kept us informed of the progress and allowed us input on a daily basis. When we made last minute changes to our shrub and tree plantings, Tom found us everything we wanted. His professionalism and courteous manner made him a pleasure to work with and the result is so much better than we had hoped!

    “Three years ago, Timber Trace was concerned over an antiquated community based sprinkler system. The system covers a large area from State Line on the West to Wornell Road on the East, and Santa Fe Drive on the North to 125th Street on the South. Several in-street islands, three entrances, are included in the system. The current system of five water mains, five back flow valves, six controllers activating 99 zones, with over 500 sprinkler heads controlled by 58 electronic valves.

    The original system was installed in sections as the development was completed over a ten year time span. We were left with no blueprints, a variety of controllers, valves and sprinkler heads from different manufacturers, and no way to understand the complexity of our problem, nor any way to balance the system. An insurmountable budget requirement was anticipated to replace the system. There appeared to be no expertise evident from previous attempts to standardize the system.

    Arbor Masters Tree & Landscape was recommended to us, and confirmed by the Course Superintendent at Blue Hills Country Club, the area surrounded by or development. Over the last three years, the expert people from your organization have mapped our system, standardized the controllers and sprinkler heads, and balanced the water usage within the total. Each zone is detailed, within each controller. Arbor Masters Tree & Landscape has revitalized our complete system. Your cost was within our budget. As a result we did not require any extraordinary budget increases. Your personnel are always courteous, friendly, and associate well with our residential homeowners.
