Our neighbors have a beautiful yard and I was concerned it would be wrecked. The crew worked hard to keep that from happening.

Dear Mr. Willey and Staff

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with your firm. We were both thrilled with the professionalism we experienced from start to finish and beyond.

Tom did a terrific job of designing our front landscape and garage remodel. He listened patiently to our vision and expectations and then went to work. The finished product is nothing short and beautiful. Several of our neighbors have told us that they love the changes that we've made.

Greg did a great job in bringing in contractor Frank Bondi to make our garage more useable and aesthetically pleasing.

As they say, the devil's in the details. All of the Willey staff appear to understand that old adage. From the beginning we were impressed with everyone's skill in performing his or her job. They were prompt, courteous and neat. The site was always clean and organized as possible at the end of the day.

Our wonder did not stop, however, with the bold design, professional execution and neatness. As with any construction jobs some problems did crop up. These were all handled to our satisfaction. In one instance your team went way beyond our expectations.

One serious problem with the finish on our Garage floor, that was not the Willey team's fault, had my wife and I fretting. Well, the Willey team took charge. Even though the poor finish was not the result of your negligence, your team went the extra mile and handled it wonderfully.

My wife and I would heartily recommend the Willey team to anyone that is looking for a well designed and professionally installed landscape. It's winter now and we can't wait until spring when our new front yard will come to life.

Dear Mr. Willey:

Sometimes the words "thank you" just don't seem to say enough. The landscaped environment you and your team created for us will be with us to enjoy for the rest of our lives as it stirs our imaginations and delights our eyes with the turn of every season.

We knew the project would be a success from the first day we talked with Tom. He listened to our amateurish vision and turned it into a park-like setting, in the mountains, one with nature. He didn't just design and disappear. He was onsite most every day and was in constant contact. Like Tom, Pedro and his team of workers are enthusiastic and take a great deal of pride in their work. It shows in the details unlike any other landscaping job we've ever seen.

There were no surprises with this project. Except - waking up on the first day to find Mr. Willey himself in the backhoe with a Cheshire grin moving dirt here there and everywhere having the time of his life. This project was done on time and on budget and we actually enjoyed the experience. Now, how many people would say they enjoyed having their yard torn up, strangers and noisy equipment stirring around at odd hours, and a port-a-potty parked out front?

He was very open to our ideas and was a great pleasure to work with. His crew of Sylvester, Hugo, Gustavo and the others were fantastic. They even let my three year old son "help". Dear Tom,

I want to thank you, Gail, Larry, Sylvester, and the rest of the crew at Gail Willey Landscaping, High Sierra Trees and Colorock. You have created an atmosphere in my yard no different than some of the best resorts anywhere in the world. I love having dinner on the patio, and hearing the waterfall and the creek. I now have privacy to roam around in my yard with a morning cup of coffee with the combination of the aspens, pines and firs, along with all the flowers. Before I felt I like I was in a fish bowl with everyone looking in.

At night I especially like being in the spa, watching the city lights and the waterfall. Again, it gives you the feeling of being at a 5-star resort of your own. Tom, you were correct, I should have added more lighting. Especially being in the house at night and looking out through all the windows and seeing the lights shine on the creek and waterfall makes me not want to leave home.

We hope all is well with you and Gail. Steve and I just wanted to thank you and Gail for the outstanding job you did on our landscaping! Who would have thought that the back yard could look so beautiful? You took 2.5 acres of sagebrush and made it look like a green, non-desert, beautifully designed backyard. People come up to us all the time telling us how much they like our backyard landscaping. We are looking forward to the vines growing in and the trees and shrubs to mature.
