Our experience with Grand Vista Pools has been nothing less than exceptional. I would say that I am one of the tougher customers. We had several separate and extra projects that would start alongside the pool build such as an outdoor kitchen, a separate spa and a swim jet inside the pool plus the necessary electrical work.

I shopped very carefully for our swimming pool builder interviewing more than 5 different companies over 3 months. Kevin just simply stood out from the rest as he listened to our needs and ideas and educated us about different products. As a result of his excellent consultation and our desire to completely customize our backyard and swimming pool, we accepted his timely and accurate proposal. There was just a ton of value in his presentation from price to delivering a complete package tailored to our “needs” and “wants.” Furthermore, the execution of this project was flawless. Even I forgot a couple of things during the build, and he quickly fixed my mistake which is unheard of these days.

The thing that really impressed us is how he managed our swimming pool construction and completed our ENTIRE build in 4 weeks!!!! His employees are true craftsmen and were extremely meticulous in their work. They paid close attention to every detail and were courteous and friendly as we anxiously observed (sometimes hovered) their work.

I look in our backyard and it is truly an oasis, exactly how we envisioned it. If you are considering a swimming pool and you are like us, tough customers who expect the utmost professionalism and require exceptional communication skills, expert craftsmanship, technically superior products and meticulous attention to detail, then you should seriously consider Grand Vista Pools. After much research, we decided to have our swimming pool installed by Grand Vista Pools. My husband and I were very pleased with every aspect of our installation! Kevin was more than willing to answer all of our questions (and we had a lot) and our numerous emails. Upon signing our contract, we were given a step by step schedule of each process of the installation so we knew who would be working that day and what they were doing. We were amazed that everything stayed right on track! We were told when our pool would be completed and we were swimming in it that exact day!

It has been about 12 months since Grand Vista Pools completed our swimming pool and we've been very satisfied. They started and finished the project on time and under budget...a rarity in the pool industry. We found Kevin to be completely trustworthy and dependable.
