GreenScapes Design-Sales staff uses a comprehensive Landscape Design and Build process that involves each client to ensure that their landscape makes a unique statement. Design Build creates a relationship between the Landscape Architect and the construction source, resulting in clear-cut communication and a streamlined approach to landscape construction. Landscape Design and Build offers advantages to you, our potential client. One advantage is that you will work with one designer who is also your salesperson. Your design/salesperson acts as a facilitator throughout your project, ensuring that important elements, no matter how subtle, are not comprised or lost in the construction of your landscape. Another advantage is that Landscape Design and Build can offer a time savings- if you use one source for a design, you will have to interview a landscape contractor (or perhaps several contractors) to receive an installation cost. With design and build, your designer will provide you with both the design and the installation price, helping you to save time, effort and aggravation. With Landscape Design and Build, you are assured that the intent of the design will be evident once the project is installed. Your designer will monitor the progress of the installation, shepherding the project through the course of construction. The designer will communicate with the installation crew to solve any problems that may arise during construction. About us: Who We Are... Welcome to GreenScapes Landscape Architects and Contractors website. GreenScapes, an award-winning landscape design/build firm, has provided top-quality services to residents in the Central Ohio region for more than 3 decades. Columbus native, Bill Gerhardt, was inspired to begin a small landscape design-build firm before graduating from the Ohio State University with a degree in Landscape Architecture. This small startup company grew, becoming incorporated as GreenScapes in 1981. GreenScapes present day staff exceeds 75 full-time employees. Our team of Graduate Landscape Architects and Landscape Horticulturists, and State and Nationally certified Landscape Technicians, deliver Excellence by Design with each landscape they design and construct.Services
