About Landscape Service Pros
Landscape Service Professionals prides itself on the quality landscape, irrigation installation, and renovation services we offer. Landscape Service Professionals is a Florida Nursery Growers & Landscape Associates (FNGLA) certified Landscape Contractor.
We are members of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), Associated Landscape Contractors of America (ALCA), Florida Irrigation Society (FIS), and the Construction Association of South Florida (CASF), among others.
Licensed, Insured & A+ Bonded Certified minority Florida Statewide, WBE, MBE, SBE, Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, U.S. SBA 8(a), FDOT,SFWM.
Our managers and other staff hold the pesticide and trimming licenses required by the State of Florida. We believe the key to our exceptional growth and success is our skilled personnel.
Let us introduce you to a few of them. Our owner and president is Sandra Wilson, an experienced professional in construction contract administration and landscape project management. Sandy oversees all aspects of the business, including estimating and accounting, budgets, as well as job costing. Sandy's background includes previously managing the landscape-construction division of one of the largest full-service real estate development company in South Florida.
The Vice President/Landscape Operations Manager is Thomas Benton. An experienced landscape construction manager, Tom is responsible for budget review, reporting of profitability results and the estimating and designing of renovation projects. Benton also serves as our company's Safety Program Director.
Steve Burn serves as Operations Manager and is in charge of the daily operation and management of the irrigation division. Steve has a wide range of experience within the construction industry, having worked as a Construction Finisher and also as the owner of a commercial painting company. Steve is a licensed irrigation contractor in Broward, Dade and Palm Beach Counties.
Karmen Burn serves as General Manager at Landscape Service Professionals, overseeing the day to day operations of the company. Karmen manages projects from inception to completion, reviewing estimates and budgets, negotiating contracts, coordinating schedules, and preparing billings. Karmen's background as a Paralegal includes extensive litigation and contract experience.
