Our Experience -
Experience is important and we hire only the best in the industry. Our project managers have at least 10 years of on site experience and are provided with ongoing training to insure expertise in any new product developments in this fast growing industry. We have also completed hundreds of projects and have an extensive portfolio that we are very proud of.


Hardscape Warranty -
Michigan Brick & Land Design Inc. guarantees all brick paver and hardscape construction for a period of five years from the date of installation. This guarantee shall cover our workmanship from cracked brick, settling, or shifting of materials. As we only use the highest quality of materials, our brick manufacturers offer a lifetime warranty on their products as well.


Planting Warranty -
Michigan Brick & Land Design Inc. guarantees all plant material for a period of one year from the date of installation. We are responsible for all plants throughout the installation process and from the point of completion the purchaser is responsible for regular watering and maintenance. Any plant that does not survive shall be replaced only once during this warranty period.


Insurance -
By law in the state of Michigan, all of our employees are covered under workers compensation through The Accident Fund Corporation. We also carry $1,000,000 in general liability and will always be happy to furnish these documents upon request.
